Are kids welcome?
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us. We recommend looking into care.com or Art on Wheels Monterey for babysitting services.
Can I bring a plus one?
With gratitude for your understanding, our celebration will be limited to those specifically addressed on the invitation.
What is the dress code?
Welcome Party: Cocktail Attire
E.g. Dress of any length for women. Dress slacks and dress shirts for men (tie and blazer optional)
Wedding Ceremony + Reception: Formal Attire
E.g. Long dresses or fancy cocktail dresses for women. Shoes with wide enough heel to walk on grass. Suit and tie for men.
Will the wedding weekend events take place indoors or outdoors?
All events will take place outdoors. The weather in Carmel Valley should be pleasant (the typical weather in May is a high of 65 and a low of 50 degrees), but please bring a light sweater or jacket if you believe you will be cold.
Will transportation be provided to the wedding venue and after party?
Yes, will be providing shuttles from Carmel-by-the-Sea and Carmel Valley. Please check back in two weeks prior to the wedding for the final shuttle schedule.
Shuttles will return to Holman Ranch at 10:00pm and will take guests to the after party at the Running Iron as well as the hotels in Carmel Valley and Carmel-by-the-Sea.
Shuttles will lap as needed from The Running Iron and take guests back t hotels and local Airbnb's as needed. The final shuttle will depart from the Running Iron at 1:30am and the shuttles will conclude at 2:00am.
Can I park at the wedding venue?
Yes, there is free parking at Holman Ranch. Guests are also welcome to leave their car overnight and return via shuttle, as long as they pick their car up by 11:00am on Sunday the 31st.
