Accomodations
Please be mindful that hotels in Carmel are in high demand. We strongly suggest booking your accommodations as soon as possible.
There are a variety of hotels and Airbnbs in Carmel Valley, Carmel-By-The-Sea, Big Sur and Monterey. We have curated a short list of recommended properties for your convenience.
We recommend flying into San Jose Mineta Intl Airport (SJC) or San Francisco Intl Airport (SFO) as these are the two closest major airports. SJC is about a 1.5- hour drive from Carmel, and SFO is about a 2-hour drive.
Arriving in Carmel
Shuttle Schedule
Holman Ranch is not a shuttle-only venue. Parking is available if you choose to drive.
Shuttles will be provided from Carmel-by-the-Sea and Carmel Valley.
1:45 p.m. - Carmel Valley Ranch (pickup at The Lodge)
1:45 p.m. - Quail Lodge
1:50 p.m. - Carmel Plaza (on the corner of Ocean and Junipero)
2:00 p.m. - Bernardus Lodge & Spa
2:10 p.m. - Hidden Valley Inn
2:15 p.m. - Carmel Valley Lodge
2:20 p.m. - Contenta Inn
Shuttles will return to Holman Ranch at 8:30 p.m. and will take guests to hotels as needed. Shuttles to the Running Iron will begin at 10:00 p.m.
Final shuttle will depart from the Running Iron at 1:30 a.m. and shuttles will conclude at 2:00 a.m.
